About Al Sadat City University
The University of Sadat City is an Egyptian public university based in Sadat City, northwest of Greater Cairo. It was first established as a faculty of Menoufia University in the period from 1993 until 2007 and then was accredited as a branch of Menoufia University with a management and entity from 2007 until 2013, the year that it was established. An Independent University.

Majors & Colleges

The University of Sadat City includes many colleges and institutes in Sadat City:
- Faculty of Physical Education “Boys, Girls” was established in 1993
- Faculty of Tourism and Hotels was established in 1997
- Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was established in 1997
- Faculty of Commerce was established in 2000
- Faculty of Law was established in 2001
- Faculty of Education Established in 2001
- Faculty of Pharmacy Established in 2016
- Faculty of Education for Early Childhood Established in 2017
- Genetic Engineering Research Institute 1995
- Institute of Environmental Studies and Research, 2015. Each faculty is an independent institution with its own property and equipment

Required documents to secure admission to the bachelor stage:
- Detection of high school signs
- A copy of the original student’s passport
- Colored personal photo
- Photocopy of father and mother’s passport
Required documents to complete the student registration at the university for the bachelor’s level:
- Original high school grades attested by the Foreign Ministry and the Egyptian Embassy
- Original Birth Certificate
- Valid Passport – Color photocopy of passport
- 8 selfies with white background
- A judicial agency for the institution’s representative in Cairo to complete the student registration procedures at the university
Bachelor Stage:
- The student pays a first-time enrollment installation fee of $1,500 paid only once.
- Medical and dental schools $6,000 per year.
- The faculties of Engineering, Computing, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy $5,000 per year.
- Colleges of Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Science and Nursing $4,000 per year.
- The rest of the colleges and other institutes are $3000 per year.
About University Housing
Since the establishment of a branch of the University of Menoufia in Sadat City, the university dormitories have started since the establishment of a single university city, and the department of student housing and student nutrition was established in 2007 under the supervision of the general administration of university dormitories at Menoufia University and then the department of university dormitories was established since the separation of the branch of Sadat from Menoufia University to become the University of Sadat City in March 2013
The university campuses of the University of Sadat City consist of 4 cities:-
1 – The new Student City:
It is located on the axis of services of the second district and consists of 2 buildings, each can accommodate about 380 students
2- Old Student City:
Consists of 4 buildings, each of which accommodates about 420 students and is located in the 11th district
3- Student City (a):
It consists of 10 buildings, including an administrative housing building for university staff and faculty members, and the city accommodates 650 students, where 3 buildings were allocated to the administrative body of the university until the completion of the construction of the university administration of the university
Student City (B):
Consists of 12 buildings and accommodates about 140 students.
4– The youth hostel:
Was rented from the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the year 2013/14 to accommodate the density of students, especially girls and accommodate about 300 students
Each city has its restaurant, student activity lounge, five ballparks and study lounge
The university cities are supervised by a board of directors headed by Prof. Dr. Essam Eldin Metwally – Vice President for Education and Student Affairs to set policy and propose any amendments (that keep pace with developments and development reasons) to the articles of the list of university cities as well as the financial and administrative systems. The Residence system, and the University Council adopts this regulation and its amendments
