IFSM is an Egyptian contribution foundation registered under the law of investment for year 1987 and accredited agent for the Russian government universities in Egypt and the Middle East with official contracts

Student rights assurance

The foundation will sign a legal contract with the student to ensure his rights and the foundation’s commitments including the financial policies and the can translate it and document it at the Russian embassy in Egypt and the Egyptian foreign affairs ministry.
Legal recognition

IFSM is an educational foundation that deals with the Egyptian and foreign universities with official contracts and the student and his parents can check it and be accredited from the highest council for the Egyptian universities typically to law No.178 for year 1987.

IFSM registered their students at the foreign government universities with supported fees up to 90% from the other countries and the fees will be transferred by the parent or the student himself without any median.

Complete all the legal requirements at the official associations either in Egypt or in Russia.
