Program Outlines
Part I: Entrepreneurship course
Aim to Provide the investor with the essential skills to make and close deals and successful agreements, enhance the effective negotiation skills, raise up the abilities, linguistic skills for communication, successful interaction, show practical and applied cases for procedures, ways, conditions and standards to divide the Egyptian market
Part II : Practical Application
Provide a range of consultations and services that enable the investor to
Assist the participant in creating a business plan based on the nature of the investor’s business
Develop an executive strategy and make the necessary contacts and schedules attached to the work plan
request for a commercial invitation to conclude agreements in accordance with the program provided by the International Institute for Science and Management in the Russian state and represented by the institution in Egypt
Appoint a temporary employee in Russia for 8 hours as secretary and private interpreter and book appointments and facilities for important meetings
Provide the service of pick-up from the airport and pick-up until you settle in the hotel and answer all the queries of the country
hand over to the investor a phone SIM card with the number of the private secretary to contact 24/7 in case of emergency
Other services that can be provided
Establishing companies or their branches in the state of Russia in the name of the investor
Presenting a feasibility study in the second party’s business and activity of the financial and administrative experts of the institution
Providing real estate consultancy, human resources development and marketing according to the quality and size of the investor’s work and the value of the investment
Fully equipped office, internet and fax in a privileged location in Moscow or beyond, subject to availability
Providing legal consultations and drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, contracts and legal forms in accordance with the law inside and outside Egypt
Studying the legal status of the investor and advising him in his relationship with third parties and studying the issues of the second party and advising him to take the appropriate position and participate in negotiations and meetings
